Page 2 of 3 THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified:

(1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB);

(2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Other Than Small business firms, to provide wall-mounted diagnostic systems for outpatient exam rooms For the Hines VAMC.

**General Requirements:**

**Welch Allen Brand Name or Equal Salient Characteristics:** The proposed equipment must meet or exceed the following minimum salient characteristics to satisfy the Government s clinical and operational needs: Integrated Wall-Mounted Diagnostic System Designed for permanent wall installation in outpatient exam rooms. Supports efficient clinical workflows in Primary Care and Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). Vital Signs Measurement Capabilities Automated non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP) measurement.

Integrated pulse oximetry (SpO ). Integrated temperature measurement capability. Clinical Examination Instruments Integrated otoscope with adequate illumination for routine ear examinations. Integrated ophthalmoscope suitable for routine eye examinations. Centralized Power and Cable Management Single integrated power source to reduce cable clutter. Organized instrument docking to promote safety and equipment readiness. Durability and Clinical-Grade Construction Designed for high-volume outpatient clinical use.

Capable of withstanding repeated daily use in Primary Care exam rooms. Infection Control and Cleanability Smooth, non-porous surfaces suitable for routine clinical disinfection. Supports VA infection prevention and control standards. Compatibility with Standard Clinical Supplies Uses commonly available clinical accessories such as blood pressure cuffs and probe covers. Does not require proprietary or dedicated consumables to operate.

Minimal Installation Requirements Wall-mounted installation with no requirement for structural modification beyond standard mounting. No specialized utilities required beyond standard electrical service. Training Requirements Minimal operator training required due to similarity with existing VA diagnostic equipment. Vendor-provided documentation or orientation sufficient for staff onboarding. All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL THE FOLLOWING:

Indication of which business category (SDVOSB, VOSB, Small Business or Other Than Small Business) for which the organization qualifies. A capability statement that addresses the organizations qualifications and ability to provide the requirement depicted above.

Documentation from manufacturer (i.e. correspondence from manufacturer) of your firm being an authorized distributor for the manufacturer. Submit responses to the Contracting Specialist, Matthew Hohl, at Matthew.Hohl@va.gov no later than 11:59 PM (Central Standard Time), August 24th, 2026. 36C25226Q0686 wall-mounted diagnostic systems for outpatient exam rooms-2346 shall be referenced on all correspondence regarding this announcement. The NAICS Code 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, is applicable to this acquisition; the size standard is 800 employees.
