Be offered as either: New, or Refurbished, in serviceable condition free of significant structural damage, corrosion, or leaks. Condition Requirements (New or Refurbished) Refurbished containers shall: Be structurally sound and fully weather?resistant. Have doors functioning smoothly without sticking or forceful operation. Be free of significant dents, holes, rust penetration, or compromised flooring. Maintain a professional appearance appropriate for a VA facility. Installation Requirements The contractor shall: Transport containers to the VA?designated location. Provide all labor and equipment required for placement (e.g., forklifts, cranes, rigging, etc.). Set containers on contractor?provided or VA?designated surface as directed. Ensure containers are level and stable.
