A Class Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Acquisition and Logistics National Acquisition Center limits performance of service agreements for previously acquired and installed Philips Radiology and Imaging Systems to the OEM, Philips. Orders will be issued as sole source (to the OEM) in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B). All orders will be issued under IDIQ VA797H-17-D-0022. NO OTHER VENDORS ARE AUTHORIZED FOR SERVICE PER THE JEFO. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 Simplified Acquisition Procedures as implemented in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
