This procurement is being conducted IAW FAR Part 13 Limited Source Justification Approval, and no other vendor will satisfy agency requirements, as Eaton Corporation is the only responsible source capable of meeting the Government s requirements. Eaton is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only vendor with access to proprietary service software, technical data, diagnostic tools, and OEM-certified replacement parts required to perform the SLEP refit. Eaton does not authorize or certify third-party vendors to perform these services, and no other vendor has access to the proprietary components or systems required to meet the Government s minimum needs. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may submit written notification to the Contracting Officer by 2:00 PM local time [03-27-2026]. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. This evidence shall include documentation demonstrating authorized access to OEM proprietary software, tools, and parts, as well as proof of OEM certification and authorization to perform the required services. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
