Vendors that would like to be considered and that are authorized to provide the BioDose/NMIS enterprise licensing upgrades for multiple facilities should submit authorization letters, records of successful performance, and proof of current SDVOSB certification no later than 3/16/2026 at 10:00 AM Central Time to brandon.harris@va.gov. A determination that only one SDVOSB can meet the requirement is not required.
