**Scope of Work:** Services to be provided by the Contractor: Initial purchase of Medstation ES x 7 Customer Support includes (but not limited to): 1. Initial installation of the Med Stations 2. Hardware updates that fix a defined functionality problem 3. Routine inspections and annual maintenance scheduled 3 days in advance during normal business hours (see below for business hours). 4. 24 hours, 7 days per week, 800# Helpline for software, hardware, and user questions.
