## Description

GI Scope Lease The reason for this amendment is to add clarification to the RFQ. The following points have been addressed and added to the RFQ. The original date that equipment needs to be in place has been changed to 03/22/2026. The original date by which all responses need to be in by has been changed to be 02/13/2026 no later than 4pm CST. There have been part quantities added to the parts known to meet the government s needs. To assist in meeting the government s needs, a statement of work and specifications have been undated.
