The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 12 intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Wisconsin Diagnostics Laboratories for Rapid Response and Esoteric Reference Laboratory Testing services to support the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center located in Milwaukee, WI. The authority for restricting competition on this requirement is 38 U.S.C. 8153(a)(3)(A), known as Sharing of Health-care Resources, which provides the authority to directly contract with an institution affiliated with the Department.
