The contractor shall furnish all labor, material (service manuals, software, etc.), parts, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, travel cost, technical phone support and expertise necessary to provide preventive maintenance and repair of the Welch Allyn Vital Units at the Hines VA Hospital. New Welch Allyn Vital equipment or components are obtained, either through new purchase, upgrade or replacement of existing equipment, that equipment may be added (and the replaced equipment deleted) from the service contract as needed upon notification of the Contracting Officer via contract modification. Deleted equipment shall be credited in full amounts if deleted before any maintenance or repair has been carried out on it. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811210. All interested, responsible sources must submit a capability by Thursday August 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. to Jennifer.Mead@va.gov to include the following: Company Experience in providing maintenance and repair services to referenced equipment, to include number of years and any examples of current contracts in place with government or commercial entities; Customer point-of-contact information for contracts listed in company experience along with a description of equipment serviced under the contract; Verification of authorization and training related to servicing referenced equipment; Number of qualified maintenance personnel employed; DUNS number, organization name, organization address, point of contact, business size under NAICS 811210, and socioeconomic status; Is this requirement on a GSA or scheduled contract?
