## Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, material, travel, parking fees, vehicles, and supervision necessary for providing 24/7 snow removal and deicing services for the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, 820 S. Damen Avenue, Chicago, IL 60612. Services shall be performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory and safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors during periods of snow and ice. Contractor shall provide personnel and snow removal equipment to include:

Contractor owned trucks, plows, loaders, and salt spreaders. Contract will cover October 1 September 30 of each contract year, however service will be required October 1 April 30 of each contract year. Contractor shall provide a phone number and contact name of a Contractor employee(s) who shall be available on a 24/7 basis.
