The new space will accommodate staff and veterans, the desired occupancy is estimated to be August 1st, 2025. A minimum of 8,450 Net Useable Square Feet (NUSF) up to a maximum of 9,999 ANSI/BOMA (ABOA) square feet (SF) of space is desired for use by VA as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Freeport, Illinois. VA will consider leased space located in an existing building as well as land to be fully developed and space constructed by the submitting party in accordance with VA requirements ( One-step ). Parking Requirements are stated in RLP 36C25224R0071. Lease Term: A Fully serviced lease is desired for the term of twenty (20) years with ten (10) years firm, 10 years soft. The new lease is estimated to award before September 30th, 2024. In accordance with PL 109-461, this lease acquisition is set aside for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Offerors must demonstrate they are a certified SDVOSB through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Vendor Information Pages located at the VENDOR INFORMATION PAGES (VA.GOV) web site. Offerors must provide proof of current registration with their offer and will not be considered if not currently an SDVOSB at the time of offer.
