## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 12) Great Lakes Acquisition Center anticipates entering a sole source procurement with IMACTIS, Inc., for a CT Navigation System including the navigation system, application system, CT Navigation Software, one-year warranty, trolley, Phantom, and two weeks of training. This acquisition is conducted under FAR 13.106-1(b).

Other entities may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement no later than 8/16/2024 at 4:00 p.m. CDT. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all interested entities submitting a response to this notice must do so no later than the period specified for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
