Additionally, the site has standardized to this brand and the lease is only for the Scopes and maintenance of scopes under the lease. The Government will not be responsible for paying for any of the costs incurred and associated with the development of any responses submitted to this notice. Information received in response to this special notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to not compete the proposed acquisition is wholly within the discretion of the Government.
