This is a Source Sought Notice seeking vendors interested in providing Electroencephalography (EEG) Technician Services at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, 5000 West National Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53295. A one-year contract is anticipated with an effective date of October 1, 2024. These services will be for inpatient and outpatient veterans that are scheduled on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The last EEG will be scheduled at 1:30 p.m. On-call and holiday services will not be required. The EEG Technician is required to have at least one year of experience. Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications are desired.

**VA Equipment:** Nihon Kohden model: EEG-1260A Interested vendors are requested to respond to this Sources Sought Notice by providing the following information: Identify the company name, address, email, telephone number, name and telephone number of a point of contact having the authority and knowledge to clarify responses with government representatives. Confirmation that the respondent is active in SAM.GOV.

Anticipated hourly rate for the EEG Technician. This notice is for planning purposes only, and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, a Request for Proposals, a Solicitation or a Request for Quotes, or an indication that the Government will contract for the services contained in the Sources Sought Notice.

This notice is not to be construed as an acquisition Request for Quotation, nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this notice. The Government does not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for response to the Notice.
