The Milwaukee VAMC is frequently using the Electrophysiology lab (EP Lab) as a backup to the Cardiac Cath lab, continuity is critical to maintain. While the Cath lab currently uses the Bayer Injection System, the EP lab does not currently have such system in place. OEM identified it has only one authorized SDVOSB distributor that can meet the requirement. The Company is 1st American Medical Distributors, Inc. [NG4FRBLDG6V1] (SDVOSB). The proposed action is IAW FAR 13.106-1(b) & VAAR 819.7008. Information received in response to this special notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to not compete the proposed acquisition is wholly within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for paying on any costs incurred and/or associated with the development of any responses submitted to this notice.
