Each week, there will be a check-in message sent via text message. Early Alert will identify Veterans expressing a wellness challenge and suggest support resources to them that are relevant to the specific issue they are facing, based on a resource map that will be created by the POC. The weekly message (check-in/caring contact/wellness and safety reminders) will be determined by the POC provided by the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center. Other entities can provide the above referenced service may identify your capabilities and respond by no later than Friday, March 29, 2024 8:00 AM, Central Time. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all interested entities submitting a response to this notice must do so no later than the period specified for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
