## Description

Vendor Questions/Answers Referencing A.1) on page 6, how many wells are there?- Annual grab samples for EPA SDWA bacteriological sampling from three wells in June. Referencing C.1) on page 6, what are confirmation samples?- Confirmation samples are repeat samples to confirm results that are in exceedance of permit requirements.

Discharges to surface waters shall meet the requirements outlined in this section, including the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements specified for Wisconsin Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (WPDES) Permits. Annual grab test for City of Tomah EPA, Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) Bacteriological sampling of the production wells in June.

The Quarterly samples for NCCW permit compliance collected in the three quarters (May, July, and October-weather dependent) when the chillers are in operation.   NCCW Annually Grab tests will test for Total Phosphorus (mg/L), Oil and Grease (mg/L), Chlorine, Total Residual (ug/L).   NCCW Quarterly Grab will test for Flow (Gallons Per Day) that is Estimated. Total  Suspended Solids (mg/L), pH (s.u.)

Collection of confirmation samples (with associated additional costs) may be required if there are exceedances to the permit. Contract shall include confirmation samples, with required testing, not to exceed one sample/test per year.
