Wayne, IN, Marion, IN, Indianapolis, IN and Saginaw, MI. This solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. The Government intends to award multiple firm-fixed price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. Services are for a five (5) year ordering period. Offeror shall provide all labor, management, health care professionals, equipment, supplies, and transportation to fulfill the level of care and range of services necessary to furnish optical dispensing services to the veteran beneficiaries. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621320. The SBA size standard is $9.0 Million. The solicitation documents will be issued on or about March 13, 2026. The solicitation will be 100% set aside for Small Business (SB). The date is not firm and may change due to events out of our control. Potential offerors SHALL register at SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract neither does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
