## Description

Purpose of this Amendment: This amendment is issued to (1) correct an administrative error in the solicitation's item description/title, (2) update the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in several respects as detailed below, (3) correct the Price/Cost Schedule for Ordering Period 3 (Option Period 2), and (4) respond to questions submitted by industry during the Q&A period. The Q&A deadline is 1:30 PM EST on 10/2/2026. All quotes remain due by 1:30 PM EST on 10/9/2026. All quote packages must be received prior to the deadline and emailed to Joshua.Kovar@VA.gov.
