## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation RFQ- 36C25026Q1049 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).  This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026‑01, effective 03/13/2026.

This solicitation is unrestricted for Full and Open competition.

A. Tests: gaze, random saccade, pursuit, OPK, Dix-Hallpike, positional, caloric, ocular

counter roll, saccadometry, SHA, step velocity, VisualVOR, VOR suppression, plus vHIT and active head rotation, advanced Dix-Hallpike, lateral head roll, dynamic visual acuity, gaze stabilization tests.

B. SW: 3rd generation VE525 software.

C. HW: small form factor PC; widescreen monitor, printer; binocular video goggles

w/ USB cameras, wireless inertial measurement unit, RF remote control, room camera w/ mic.
