## Description

Air Emissions Inventory & Compliance Assessment for the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS).

Offeror shall submit a signed copy of the SF1449, 852.219-75 VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting - Certificate of

This procurement will be conducted as a comparative analysis utilizing FAR Part 12. The resulting award will be a firm fixed price contract.
