## Description

This amendment corrects information issued in a previous amendment to this solicitation. The prior amendment incorrectly stated that VA staff would perform onsite ScrubEx distribution functions. This amendment corrects that information: the Contractor, not VA staff, is responsible for performing onsite ScrubEx distribution, as reflected in the updated Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 9/15/2026.
