These items are to support the ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) Department of the Dayton VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Dayton, OH. Accordingly, the Government will negotiate directly with Pentax of America, Inc. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government as provided in the guidance of *RFO Part 12.102(a).
