Selecting any other brand would create inconsistency in the standard of care, reduced communication, reliability in function, and require new training. Which would not be advantageous to the government and would be cost prohibitive. Description of market research conducted and results or statement why it was not conducted: Searched the Small Business Administration s Small Business Search (SBA SBS) database with NAICS Code 541519 along with SDVOSB/VOSBs requirements and 6,694 results were found. Searched SBA SBS with NAICS Code 541519 along with keyword Cardiovascular Software and found 6 results. Searched using keyword Cardiovascular Software and found Supply Chain Master Catalog (SCMC) found 1 result and GSA Advantage! (GSA) found 5 results. None of these 6 results can work with the currently owned Cardiovascular Suite. The OEM Fujifilm, is a large business, has the only Cardiovascular Software that can work with the currently owned Cardiovascular Suite; has a proprietary agreement, and does not have any authorized distributors. Product is not on NMR Class Waiver List. The VA and SBA Rules of Two cannot be met.
