## Description

The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to publicize a notice of non-award for Solicitation 36C25026Q0172. None of the complete and actionable responses could be determined to be price fair and reasonable based upon the Government s internal independent Cost Estimate (IGCE). The contracting officer intends to update the Governments market research and resolicit at a later date.
