Project also addresses air quality issues resulting from building expansion that has limited fresh air flow through the sub-basement. Ongoing projects have impeded egress, lighting and ventilation of the area. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for the Improve Sub-Basement Plumbing and Air Quality project at the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center (VAMC), 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106. Period of Performance is 251 Calendar Days. The project magnitude for the project is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000 The NAICS code for this project is 238220. The business size standard is $19 million. The Contractor Certification for VAAR 852.219-75 is required to be completed and submitted with the bid. Failure to provide the completed Contractor Certification for VAAR 852.219-75 shall deem non-responsive and the bid will not be considered. All work shall be coordinated with the Veteran Affairs (VA)Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
