NAICS code is 811310, size standard is $12.5 million.

The Government intends, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) (only one responsible source) and FAR 6.302-2 (a)(2) Unusual and compelling urgency, to award a one-time contract to Johnson Controls, INC. 5757 N Green Bay Ave Milwaukee, WI 53209.
