## Description

The Purpose of this modification is to cancel the previous pre-solicitation notice that was published last week. There is an issue with the contract writing system that is preventing the publicizing of the solicitation document. A new solicitation number is being established for this requirement: 36C25025Q0739 A new Pre-solicitation notice will be publicized in the next few hours, and a solicitation will be published shortly thereafter.
