## Description

The contractor shall provide lab and pharmacy courier services to the Veteran Healthcare System of Indiana, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This will be a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), for one base year and four (4) option years beginning 12/15/2025-12/14/2026. Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 12 and 13 are being used to conduct this procurement. This solicitation is set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB s).
