**THOMAS, KY PROJECT NUMBER:** 539-25-502 QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (RFIs) TO REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) NUMBER 36C25025Q0476 IFB AMENDMENT NUMBER 0003 QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS RFI #1 Question: Section 01 35 26 1.9A States a Full-Time SSHO is required with no other duties and Section 01 35 26 1.9C states the SSHO has to be a separated qualified individual from the Prime Contractor s Superintendent and/or Quality Control Manager with only duties as the SSHO. Is this VA s wishes as it will add additional costs to the this small project?
