Todd Steele LLC. has met the suitability criteria, as determined in accordance with 41 USC 1901, is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b), and the anticipated contract action is hereby publicized in accordance with FAR 5.101 and 5.203. The purpose of this notification is to communicate the Governments intent to solicit and award a non-competitive procurement for CAD/CAM Preventative Maintenance services for the VAMC. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL OR COST PROPOSALS OR QUOTES. The VAMC requires a one (1) year base period and (4) option year periods as a Firm Fixed Price, Definitive contract with Todd Steele LLC., to provide the required services described herein. NAICS code is 811210 - Electronic & Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $34 Million. Product Service Code is J065 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies. This non-competitive award is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b), as it is the only contractor that meets the suitability criteria as listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under FAR Parts 12, and 13. Market research has revealed only one small business that meets suitability at a fair and reasonable price. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) COs may use non-competitive procedures when there is only one responsible source that satisfies the agency requirements. Todd Steele LLC, meets this criterion.
