## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs NCO 10, 6150 Oak Tree Blvd., Suite 300 Independence, OH 44131; is hereby soliciting offers to provide Satellite TV Services, parts, material, labor, supervision, test equipment, technical manuals, maintenance, programming, and transportation necessary to provide and maintain optimum cable signal to all televisions head-end and all associated equipment of the entire distribution systems; at the Ann Arbor VAMC 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor MI 481052 USA.

NCO 10 anticipates entering a fixed price purchase order with the contractor that provides the overall best value to the Government for quotes meeting the evaluation criteria based on a comparative analysis. This procurement will be conducted using Part 13 of the FAR. NAICS Code is 516120, size standard is $47M. The Contractor shall be licensed to provide cable television services and create or maintain cable distribution systems.
