## Description

The Contractor shall replace damaged hot water supply and return lines in a mechanical chase within room C-2099A of the chaplain area as detailed in the Technical Requirements section, project bid drawings and documents, and VHA Master Construction Specifications. This project includes installation of new valves on both the supply and return lines, asbestos abatement for approximately 20 linear feet of pipe insulation, and insulating the new hot water piping. A site visit will be held March 6th, 2025 at 0900
