They shall also be responsible for putting the head back on the chiller and changing the O-Rings in the 3-way valve. Lastly, the contractor shall evaluate the system, and conduct a leak test on the affected items. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors The size standard - $19 million Product and Service Code (PSC) J041 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Air Circulating Equipment Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by Friday December 20, 2024 at 4pm EST. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
