OLYMPUS AMERICA INC, 2400 RINGWOOD AVE, SAN JOSE, CA, 95131 Description of equipment requirements: - Olympus Model BF-UC180F and Standard Case4 MH-553 - Olympus Model ENF-VT2 - Olympus Model ENF-VH These are Olympus America Inc., Scopes. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source.

IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) Contractors may submit a capabilities statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
