## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veteran Health Indiana, Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLRVAMC) in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1)(i), Urgency intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Adamson Solutions, Inc., for Emergency Repair DA Tank Controls Battle Creek . NAICS 238220 applies, the small business size standard is $19.0 million.

Contractor shall immediately mobilize and shall troubleshoot the communication failure between the DA and boiler control systems, provide any necessary parts, and perform programming to restore communication. November 22, 2024, through December 22, 2024, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available.

A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 4:00 pm EDT on November 22, 2024. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. All responses must be emailed cora.wells@va.gov.
