## Description

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center Located in Indianapolis, IN intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Nihon Kohden America, LLC. They are located at 15353 Barranca Parkway, Irvine, CA 92618. The Polysmith Software requires remote support and component replacement in the event of failure.

This support will allow the Sleep Lab to maintain a better up-time for all of their rooms. The site requires workstation depot repairs, remote support from the vendor, parts replacements, and loaner PC s to allow our Sleep Lab to remain operational. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair & Maintenance. The size standard - $34 million Product and Service Code (PSC)

**J065 Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment:** Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by Friday October 4, 2024 at 12PM EST. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
