Description of services: **SERVICE:** Service contract for DoseMonitor software. The contractor shall provide comprehensive annual maintenance and support for the virtual DoseMonitor® application already in use at the VAAAHS. Service is offered as a maintenance agreement through the OEM and service must be provided by OEM certified technicians who must use OEM approved software. Services shall include all updates and upgrades to the software and outbound application programming interface (API), to include 24/7/365 phone application support and maintenance. The annual maintenance services described in this document are to include additional coding and software required to fully integrate and implement the DoseMonitor® (Nexodose ) system. All work shall be completed remotely through a virtual private network (VPN).
