This Toshiba UPS uses a set of 12HX205 batteries that require replacement as they have exceeded their end-of-life age of four (4) years and will no longer be reliable in maintaining the load. This UPS requires new batteries to reliably support the attached interventional radiology system critical to patient diagnosis and treatment. The period of performance will commence on 01/15/2025, through 03/03/2025.  THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any responsible firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification and capability statements prior to the response due date and time. Vendors shall indicate if they are the direct supplier or authorized servicing partner of the items.
