## Description

The purpose of the amendment is to address corrections to the solicitation. Section 12a is corrected to read "Yes", Contractor must furnish any required performance and payment bonds. Section 13b is corrected to read An offer guarantee "IS" required. The Bid Opening is changed from January 31, 2025, at 12PM EST to February 7, 2025, at 12PM EST. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
