## Description

Department of Veterans Affairs ( VA ) seeks to lease 4,570 ABOA sq ft. of medical office space and fifty (50) parking spaces, five (5) of which shall be accessible, for use by the VA as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) by the VA in Detroit, Michigan. VA will consider space located in an existing building as well as a building being constructed for multi-tenant use and not specifically a build-to-suit for VA use only.
