Steam and Condensate System Repairs VAMC Chillicothe Chillicothe, OH 45601 Project # 538-22-203 QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES TO INVITATION FOR SF330 36C25024R0063 MODIFICATION TO PREVIOUS NOTICE QUESTION 1 - Evaluation Criteria B, subsection b. All projects provided in the SF-330 must involve some effort or contribution from the prime firm (or former firm names as listed in Part II General Qualifications). Could you clarify the following, please? (or former firm names if used)

**Response:** Please refer to Part II of the SF330. The attached instructions for completing the SF 330 Part II under General Qualifications, page 4 explains the former firm names. QUESTION 2 - Is it permissible to offer relevant teaming partner experience in Section F?

**Response:** Yes, see instructions that allow for other firms to be listed. QUESTION 3 - Evaluation Criteria B, subsection b, I Include no more than five (5) Government and/or private experience projects, completed by prime or subcontractor, within the past eight (8) years that best illustrate specialized experience as listed above, with at least 95% of the design completed. Is it permissible to include relevant Section F projects with at least 65% of the design completed?

**Response:** The government has considered the request but chooses to leave the requirement at design projects which are at least 95% completed. Page 2 of 2
