Option Year One (OY1) from 4/07/2025 to 4/06/2026: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to provide HOME BASED SLEEP STUDIES for DAYTON VAMC as a turn-key deliverable. Option Year Two (OY2) from 4/07/2026 to 4/06/2027: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to provide HOME BASED SLEEP STUDIES for DAYTON VAMC as a turn-key deliverable.
