Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202, intends to award an open market sole source contract under FAR (FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Only One Responsible Source for the brand name proprietary software licenses listed below, as they are only available through the original software manufacturer. The vendor selected is Conexsys, Inc., 6 Blackstone Valley Place, Lincoln, RI 02865. Description of Equipment or Supplies: (9) - HI-IQ Radiology IR Software License (1) HI-IQ Radiology IR Software Interface License A firm fixed price contract with four option years is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement.
