## Description

The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the response due date and time from the amendment to change the socio-economic designation FROM SDVOSB set-aside TO Unrestricted / Full & Open. The response due date and time have been changed FROM July 25, 2024 TO August 09, 2024 at 12 PM NOON EDT. This amendment also served to clarify the Statement of Work (SOW) requirements.

The Department of Veterans Affairs NCO 10, 3140 Governor s Place Blvd. Suite 210 Kettering OH 45409-1337; is hereby soliciting offers to provide Installation of Arjo TackLift Ceiling Mounted Lift / Scale System, who are certified with Arjo requirements, for the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center in Saginaw, MI 48602 USA. NCO 10 anticipates entering into a fixed price purchase order with the contractor the that provides the best overall offer based on a comparative analysis.

This procurement will be conducted using Part 13 of the FAR. NAICS Code is 335999, size standard is 600 employees. See attached revised SOW. See attached Instructions to Offerors.
