## Description

The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to close the solicitation. There shall be NO AWARD made as a result of this solicitation. None of the complete and actionable quotes provided by industry could be determined to be a Fair and Reasonable price. Prices quoted were significantly more expensive than initial Government estimates. The Government intends to update its market research and re-solicit this requirement at a later date.
