DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS VETERANS HEALTH ADMINISTRATION April 2nd, 2024 SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE-SOURCE EEG HL7 Clinical Review Software 36C25024Q0483 The Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office, Healthcare Technology Management, VISN 10 Contracting Activity, intends to negotiate a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, for the following items listed below.

The associated NAICS code for this equipment is 334510. The vendor, Nihon Kohden America, LLC, is a large business, and is located at 15353 BARRANCA PKWY, IRVINE, CA 92618. Description of equipment requirements: EEG HL7 Clinical Review Software. The clinical review/remote access software that Nihon Kohden America provides is the only suite that can integrate seamlessly with the other clinical review software being procured for Tele-EEG purposes.
