Contractor shall witness, oversee, and monitor rupture valve test and safety tests of the elevators and dumbwaiters. Contractor shall also provide semi-annual maintenance inspections, witness the annual no-load tractions, annual hydraulic pressure tests, annual hydraulic rupture valve tests and five-year traction load (with the assistance of the VA elevator maintenance contractor). The VA elevator maintenance contractor shall perform all the test and provide and set up the weights for the full load tests. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to SDVOSB concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Anticipated award date is March 14, 2024, for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
