This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE only The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (Soliciting from a single source), to:

The requirement for Cleveland VAMC, Cleveland, OH, is to procure: Two Impella 5.5, Pump Infusion 0.018 in x 260cm w/Smart Assist Sets This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement not later than 09:00AM on 06/17/2024 to robert.blasko@va.gov.

The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required products. Responses do not preclude the government from making a sole-source award based on adequate justification from the requiring activity. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract. A determination by the Government whether to compete the proposed requirement shall be based upon responses received and is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition.
