## Description

Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to fill all voids below the existing slab on grade floors in building 172, unit 1E with High Density Polyurethane (Foam Jacking) to bring the slab floors back to level and replace the existing VCT with LVT flooring (includes cove base). This work will also include replacing the entire sanitary main (no laterals or vents) and ensure the sanitary has the proper drain slope.
